You cannot walk with a Group unless you have had Technique Sessions with a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. The Nordic Walking Technique cannot be taught on a group walk. Nordic walk with us is based at The Pavilion Bedford Park but walks not only take in the surrounding Bedford town countryside, but also include walks in North & South Beds, and “away days”

We love walking with Roy, apart from being so much fun, he's so dedicated and finds new walks for us every week. He takes us on Theatre trips, Pavillion nights, away days, and even has his own book club.
